ALONE WE CAN DO SO LITTLE, TOGETHER WE CAN DO SO MUCH!!
As social work being a part of our school curriculum, the students of class 4 n 5 visited the Disabled Service Association located in Bungamati, Lalitpur.
There were students who were blind n some handicapped in different ways. Our children got to interact with them directly and even learnt the technique of using braille as well. We were all mesmerized by their amazing skills where they are taught to them like painting, baking, singing , playing different musical instruments and weaving as well.
A beautiful painting by one differently abled child was presented to us. This painting will be a constant reminder to us that if u r willing to learn something nothing can stop you. Our children gained a very rich and valuable experience with today’s visit.
